Evolution of Computer Chess (Part I)

This is the first part of a series about the history of computer chess, where I’ll be working out a chronological record of computer chess engines, starting with early engines that followed a selective move search paradigm, up until the modern age of deep learning chess engines.

Throughout the series, I’ll be reconstructing certain engine approaches with their respective hardware limitations at the time. Code examples will be provided in this repository.
